For information, as we are , which is not
the case for all Real Estate agents, we complete agreements
in French and in English, in a fair and professional manner,
to guarantee full understanding by all parties: our
family company has attempted to respect these values for almost
30 years.
Following the signing of this Agreement by sellers and buyers,
the latter will make an advance payment in exchange for which
we will issue an official Receipt. A copy will be handed to
you and the document will be transmitted to the Notary of
your choice, or to our Notary, for preparation of the Official
Act within a period generally covering between one month and
three months.
Following definition of the Act date, we will contact the
various property services (WATER, ELECTRICITY), and the Notary
will directly inform tax services and the management service
for the property.
After having entrusted us with the sale of your property,
and we hope that you will decide to sell, you should be aware
that the property market is currently favourable for selling.
Supply is low and demand high, and prices are certainly at
a maximum, ...but for how long?
